DOA Policy
I guarantee safe delivery to the continental United States as long as you contact me within 2 hours of delivery time marked by USPS with pictures of the product. I will not guarantee or be responsible late, lost, or misdirected packages.
Pests & Algae
I do have snails in my tank.I do my best to pick off what I see. Duckweed have invaded a few tanks but most plants will be free of duckweed. Older leaves may have a bit of algae but I typically clean up all plants before shipping.

Really appreciated the communication and ability of Aqua Atomic to put together enough hair grass to fill out my tank even though they were selling out. Grass all was in great condition and has adapted well to its new home so far, now just waiting to see the carpet grow!
