DOA Policy
I fully guarantee safe delivery with UPS Next Day Air to the continental United States as long as you contact me within 2 hours of delivery time marked by UPS with pictures of the product. I will not guarantee any USPS shipment if delayed (no longer reliable).
Pests & Algae
I do have snails in my tank.I do my best to pick off what I see. Duckweed have invaded a few tanks but most plants will be free of duckweed. Older leaves may have a bit of algae but I typically clean up all plants before shipping.
