Anubias Frazeri

No reviews

Anubias Frazeri is an attractive hybrid created by crossing Anubias Barteri and Anubias Congensis. Named after Australian hobbyist Ed Frazer, this variety features elegant deep green, narrow pointed leaves that create a striking silhouette. Growing 6-12 inches tall, it's perfect for midground to background placement and grows faster than most Anubias species.

Care Requirements

Extremely easy - one of the best beginner plants. Thrives under low to moderate lighting; avoid intense light which promotes algae on slow-growing leaves. No CO2 required. Adapts to wide range of water parameters. Can grow both submerged and emersed.

Placement & Planting

Attach to driftwood or rocks - do not bury the rhizome in substrate or it will rot. Best in midground or background. The narrow, sword-like leaves add elegant vertical interest. Safe for cichlid tanks.
